    Truth Inspired Ministry (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website truthinspiredministry.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We are a Christian ministry, and we seek to handle all information with care, honesty, and respect for the people we serve.

    Information We Collect

    Prayer Wall Submissions

    Our Prayer Wall allows visitors to submit a prayer request. When you submit a prayer request, you may provide:

    • Your name (optional — if you do not provide a name, your prayer will be displayed as “Anonymous”);
    • Your email address (optional); and
    • Your prayer request (required).

    “I Prayed For This” Feature

    When you click “I Prayed For This” on a prayer, your web browser stores the prayer ID in local storage so the Site can remember your selection on your device. The locally stored list remains in your browser. Your selection also updates the prayer count associated with that prayer on the Prayer Wall.

    Information Collected Automatically

    The Site itself does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or its own advertising cookies. However, certain technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and device information) may be received by third-party services when you interact with embedded content or streaming media, as described below.

    How Prayer Wall Information Is Used and Displayed

    When you submit a prayer request:

    • Your name (or “Anonymous”) and your prayer request text may be publicly displayed on the Prayer Wall, along with the submission date and a prayer count showing how many people have indicated they prayed for your request.
    • Your email address is not publicly displayed.
    • Your submission is stored using Supabase, our database provider.
    • Your submission information is also transmitted to our existing CRM service, including the submitted name, email, prayer text, and associated technical information generated during the submission (such as page information and device/session details).

    Please do not include any information in a prayer request that you do not want publicly displayed. Because prayer requests are shared on the Prayer Wall for others to read and pray over, anything you write in the request field may be visible to other visitors.

    Purposes for Using Information

    We use submitted information for reasonable ministry purposes, including:

    • Operating and maintaining the Prayer Wall;
    • Responding to prayer requests or inquiries where appropriate and where contact information has been provided;
    • Maintaining and improving the ministry’s services and outreach; and
    • Protecting and operating the Site.

    We do not sell personal information. The Site does not currently use information for advertising.

    Third-Party Services and Embedded Content

    The Site includes links to third-party websites and social media platforms, and embeds content from third-party services. These third parties may independently receive technical information or use their own technologies (such as cookies) when you interact with their content or follow their links. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. These currently include:

    • YouTube — embedded videos and linked content;
    • Citrus3 — our radio stream provider, which may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address when you listen to Truth Inspired Radio;
    • Cloudflare — which helps deliver and protect the Site and may receive standard connection information; and
    • External services reached through links on the Site, including social media platforms and partner websites.

    We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

    Features We Do Not Offer

    The Site currently does not offer:

    • User accounts or login systems;
    • Payments, donations, or e-commerce; or
    • Newsletter registration or email subscription forms.

    Your Choices

    • You may submit a prayer request without providing a name or email address.
    • You may clear your browser’s local storage to remove the “I Prayed For This” records stored on your device.
    • You may avoid including sensitive personal details in any prayer request, since prayer requests may be displayed publicly.

    Updates to This Privacy Policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
